The voucher must be used by the expiration date, it can only be used once and it is not refundable. Cards purchased online can only be used online.

Not combinable with other discount vouchers.

The Gift Card is valid for 12 months from its purchase and cannot be exchanged or refunded, even partially within this period, as a waiver by the user.
The Gift Card does not give the right to get a refund or change in cash and once it's used, it is cancelled, without the right to issue a new Gift Card for the difference/total. With its use it is not possible to purchase a new Gift Card.

You will receive a separate email with the printable version of the gift voucher and the code to write on it. The code must be inserted in the purchase process, before selecting the payment.
