How can I sign up?
Go to the upper right corner of the page, click on the person icon and then register. You need to insert your data and information in the section "Create an account"
Do I have to be registered to order?
Yes, you do. We need to know your name, address and telephone for the shipment.

What kind of payments are accepted?
We accept Credit Cards, bank transfer. All these payments are on a https secure connection.
Which Credit Cards are accepted?
We accepted the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa.
ORDERS
How long does it take to receive my order?
If all the items are available, you will receive it within 3 working days (Italy) and around 4-5 for EU, except for problems due to carrier. In special period (such as Christmas time) we don't assure a prompt delivery, because of the high number of packages the carrier needs to manage.
How much does the shipment cost?
If you order less than € 140 there is an addition of € 7 for Italy; otherwise shipment is free. If you are in another Country the shipment cost will be calculated during the order processing and if there are duty costs you will be contacted.
What other extra-Italy countries do you ship to? How much does shipment cost?
We ship all over the world. Shipment costs in Europe are calculated automatically by the e-commerce. For any other country we invite you to contact us via email at liod@liod.it, sending a facsimile of your order.
Could I see my previous orders? Where?
After the log in you can view your older orders directly from your account.
Can you deliver my order to another address because I am not at home?
Yes, of course! You just need to write the address when you confirm the order.
Can you deliver a gift order to a friend? How can I do?
When you are confirming your order, you add the delivery address of your friend and write in the "comment box" that is a present. We will insert a greeting card.

How can I understand when my order has been picked up by the carrier?
You will receive an email with the tracking number, then you can follow your shipment.

Who uses your products?
Our products are for men, women and kids; from 2 years old to XXL for adult. They can be worn both for sports and everyday underwear.
Why is Liod different to other competitors?
The exclusive manufacturing of Polypropylene fiber is just one of the important qualities Liod has, attention for details and high quality control are the others. Furthermore, Liod articles have an all Italian chain of manufacturing, which means they are produced from fabric to final product in Italy.
How could I check if an article is available?
In the product details, there's a label "Available" or "Out of stock". Given the number of channels managed by Liod, it can sometimes happen that a product available on this website has already been booked on the same day through other channels (time difference). In this case you will be contacted immediately.
What is the difference between the "heavyweight" and "lightweight" fabric? How can I understand from your online catalogue?
It depends on the weight. In each product is written, therefore you are able to understand it. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us.
What would happen if I ordered a wrong size?
You should check our policy guidelines "Orders and shipment" before purchasing our products.
Do you have retailers?

Are prices on the website different from your shops?
No, they are not. They are the same, because we believe that having the same price in all our stores is a way to respect clients that can not buy on the other channel.

Why you don't sell to the large-scale retailer?
We believe that a direct chain of production (all Italian) is a plus and let us to keep prices low but have high quality, further to have a better care of presentation and technical explanation about the material.

LIOD FACE MASKS
Do you sell masks?
Yes we have different kind of masks. All of them are washable and reusable.
What are they made of?
Adults: The fabric used is 100% polypropylene which is bonded in two layers. It is the same used by Liod for garments so it is breathable hypoallergenic and very resistant.
Kids: first layer 100% PP second layer 100% CO.
The elastic for ear-fixing is in polyester.
It is also latex-free.
Where can I buy masks?
You can order online on www.liod.it or in Liod Store located in Morbegno.
Do the masks lose colour?
No, never.
How many times is it possible wash them?
Maximum for 40 washing cycles. You can even use alcohol to sterilize them.
Do you have kids masks?
Yes, we have. They are available in different colours and sizes.
