How do I create an account?
Click on the profile icon at the top right and select “Create Account”. Enter your details and complete the registration in a few simple steps.
Is it mandatory to register to make a purchase?
No, you can shop as a guest. Registration allows you to view your order history and speed up future purchases.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All payments are processed via a secure HTTPS connection.
If I pay by bank transfer, when will my order be shipped?
Orders are shipped once the payment has been received in our account. If you need urgent processing, you can choose an instant bank transfer.
How can I check if my bank transfer has been received?
You can monitor your order status in your account. Once the payment is confirmed, the status will update automatically.
SHIPPING
When will my order be shipped?
If the items are in stock, your order will be prepared and handed to the courier on the next working day.
You will receive an email with a tracking link once the shipment is processed. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart. Once a certain threshold is reached, shipping in Italy is free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
- For EU countries, shipping costs are calculated automatically.
- For countries not listed, please contact us via chat with the products you wish to order.
Can I ship to a different address?
Yes, you can specify a shipping address different from the billing address.
Can I ship to a pickup point?
Yes, you can request a pick-up point by entering:
“Pickup for [First Name+Last Name]” and provide the address of the point listed on the courier’s website.

Can I modify an order after it has been placed?
If the order has not yet been prepared, contact us by phone at 0342 614622.
We cannot guarantee modifications for orders that have already been packed or handed to the courier.
Where can I find my order history?

What is the difference between light and heavy fabric?
The difference lies in the fabric weight. Each product page indicates the fabric type to help you choose.
How do I check availability?
Product pages show “Available” or “Out of Stock”.
Due to multiple sales channels, occasionally an item may become unavailable after being purchased elsewhere the same day. In this case, you will be contacted immediately.

Can I return an item?
Yes, according to the conditions listed on the Terms & Conditions page.

LIOD MASKS
What type of masks are they?
They are civilian-use masks made of double-layer 100% polypropylene, the same material used for Liod technical apparel.
Are they washable and reusable?
Yes. They are eco-friendly and withstand approximately 40 washes (always check the mask condition before use).
How do I wash them?
Alternative methods:
- Hot water with soap/detergent
- Hot water with alcohol
- Skin-compatible sanitizing detergents
Do not boil.
Use gentle detergents suitable for contact with the face and test it before washing the items.
Are they suitable for seasonal allergies?
Yes, they provide general protection, including for people with allergic rhinitis.
Are they hypoallergenic?
Yes. They are latex-free and made from hypoallergenic material.
Where are they made?
Liod masks are produced directly in Morbegno in a controlled environment and packaged in sealed bags.

Are online prices different from store prices?
No. We maintain price consistency across all channels to ensure fairness and transparency.

Why isn’t Liod sold in large retail chains?
We have chosen to avoid large retail chains to maintain a direct relationship with our customers and ensure high-quality standards.
Our supply chain is entirely Italian, from fabric to finished garment. This allows us to:

- carefully manage every product detail
- provide clear, competent technical guidance
- offer a fair price to the final customer
