Right of Withdrawal

If you have purchased from our online store, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order by using the dedicated return procedure available in your customer account.

Once your return request has been approved, the product must be shipped within the required timeframe to the following address:

Returns sent without a request through the return procedure will not be accepted.

Product Conditions

The product may only be tried on to verify its size, fit and characteristics, just as you would in a physical store. It must not be worn for training, outings, events or any other use with the intention of returning it afterwards. Any use beyond what is necessary to assess the product may result in a reduced refund or the return being refused.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned:

  • in the same condition in which it was received;
  • complete with all original tags and accessories;
  • complete with its original packaging, which forms an integral part of the product;
  • free from any signs of use beyond what is necessary to try it on;
  • together with the original sales receipt;
  • not worn other than for trying it on to verify its size, fit and characteristics.

The original sales receipt must be returned with the product, as it contains the information required to complete the administrative and fiscal procedures related under Italian law.

Quality Inspection

Every returned item is carefully inspected upon arrival.

Refunds may be refused or reduced, where permitted under Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code, if the returned item shows, even partially, any of the following:

  • perfume, smoke or cooking odours;
  • pet/human hair;
  • makeup marks;
  • deodorant stains;
  • stains of any kind;
  • signs of washing;
  • signs of ironing or heat damage;
  • permanent creases or deformation caused by use;
  • removed or damaged tags;
  • damaged original packaging;
  • removed or damaged security seals;
  • any other alteration that makes the product unsuitable for resale as new.

All our technical garments are made from polypropylene fibres, which are particularly sensitive to permanent creasing, washing, ironing and improper handling. For this reason, every returned item undergoes a particularly thorough inspection. Refunds may be reduced or refused if the product is no longer suitable for resale as new.

The customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, in accordance with Article 57 of the Italian Consumer Code.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of returning non-defective goods is the responsibility of the customer.

If a size exchange or a second shipment is requested, the shipping costs for the replacement shipment will also be borne by the customer.

Refunds

Once we have received your return, we will inspect the product to verify that it complies with the above conditions.

If the inspection is successful, the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Please note that the time needed for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exclusions

Online purchases cannot be returned to our physical store.

Any exclusions from the right of withdrawal provided for under Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code shall remain applicable.

Orders placed by customers acting in the course of their business, trade or profession (B2B) are not subject to the statutory right of withdrawal under European consumer protection legislation. These rights apply exclusively to consumers.
