We advise our customers to place online orders within 14th Nov. 2024 to avoid delays on delivery. You will also receive a nice Liod gadget, by reaching a set amount, as displayed in the cart.

SLOWDOWN CAUSED BY BLACK FRIDAY:

The couriers inform us that during the period October - December deliveries are not guaranteed within the standard times.
As always, Liod is working to prepare your orders as soon as possible and give them to the courier, but once shipped, especially during the period of Black Friday/Christmas, there could be significant delays in delivery not attributable to us.

Therefore, our advice is:
- order Christmas gifts in advance
- insert as delivery address a company address or choose among a UPS point/Fedex point. Only the courier's points guarantee deliveries; this does not happen for collection points at bars, shops or other places.

Any delay caused by the courier cannot in any way be attributed to the company, which has no power over the couriers' delivery route.

Do you want to use your own courier?
Select the option when completing the order. You can have your package collected at our address in Via Industria 1 - 23017 Morbegno (SO) Italy, after receiving weight and size data of the box.

As always... Christmas is on December 25th, so it is necessary to organize well in advance.
