Do I have to be registered to order?
Yes, you do. We need to know your name, address and telephone for the shipment.
What kind of payments are accepted?
We accept Credit Cards (via secure system PayPal), bank transfer or cash on delivery. All these payments are on a https secure connection.
If I pay by bank transfer, do I have to send you a copy of the payment?
Yes, we believe that a fast shipment makes people happier, therefore we need a copy of the payment.
Which Credit Cards are accepted?
We accepted the following Credit Cards: MasterCard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Aura, Discover thanks to the secure system PayPal.
Do I have to create a PayPal account?
No, you can use PayPal even if you don't have an account. You just need to insert your credit card's data and confirm your purchase.
I want to pay with PayPal, but I am not expert. How can I do?
Don't worry! Write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you a payment request of the same value, directly to your email address.
How do you ship and how long does it take to receive my order?
Shipment is by carrier. If all the ordered items are available, you will receive it within 3 working days (Italy), except for problems due to carrier. In special period (such as Christmas time) we don't assure a prompt delivery, because of the high number of packages the carrier needs to manage.
How much does the shipment cost?
If you order less than € 130, there is an addition of € 7 for Italy; otherwise shipment is free. If you are in another Country the shipment cost will be calculated during the order processing and if there are duty costs you will be contacted.
What are the steps I need to follow if I want to complete and pay my order?
After inserting in the cart all the products needed, click on "Proceed with checkout" and then follow the steps and the instruction written, until you arrive in the page where you could select the payment.
Could I specify time of delivery, because I am not always at home?
Yes, you could. We don't guarantee that the carrier will follow our instructions (unfortunately). We always recommend to insert a mobile phone number, so you can be contacted by the carrier.
What other extra-Italy countries do you ship to? How much does shipment cost?
We ship all over the world. Shipment costs in Europe are calculated automatically by the e-commerce. For any other country we invite you to contact us via email at email@example.com, sending a facsimile of your order.
Could I see my previous orders? Where?
After you logged in, you can view your older orders directly from your account.
Can you deliver my order to another address because I am not at home?
Yes, of course! You just need to write the address when you confirm the order.
Can you deliver a gift order to a friend? How can I do?
When you are confirming your order, you add the delivery address of your friend and write in the "comment box" that is a present. We will insert a greeting card.

Our products are for men, women and kids; from 2 years old to XXL for adult. They can be worn both for sports and everyday underwear.

How could I check if an article is available?
In the product details, there's a label "Available" or "Out of stock".
What is the difference between the "heavyweight" and "lightweight" fabric? How can I understand from your online catalogue?
It depends on the weight. In each product is written, therefore you are able to understand it. If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us.
What would happen if I ordered a wrong size? Can you replace it and how?
Yes, we can. You can send back to our firm the product ordered (in a good condition, with packaging), inserting in the box the shipment document of the older order and the new size you prefer. You should also insert shipment costs for this shipment. If you have any doubts, please don't hesitate to contact us at email@example.com.
We will check the article/s sent at arrival and if it is in compliance to firm rules, it will be replaced. Any costs due to products/packaging damage will be charged.
Could I rate my experience?

No, they are not. They are the same, because we believe that having the same price in all our stores is a way to respect clients that can not buy on the other channel.
